Booking and Reservation

All bookings are subject to room availability. Guests are requested to provide correct details such as name, phone number, email address, check-in date, check-out date, and number of guests at the time of booking.

A booking will be considered confirmed only after confirmation from Giggle Guest House and Homestay through phone, email, message, or any official communication.

Check-in and Check-out

Guests must follow the check-in and check-out timing confirmed at the time of booking. Early check-in or late check-out may be allowed depending on room availability and may include additional charges.

Guest Identification

All guests must provide valid government-approved ID proof at the time of check-in. The guest house reserves the right to refuse check-in if proper identification is not provided.

Payment Policy

Guests must pay room charges as discussed and confirmed during booking. Any extra services, extended stay, or additional requirements may include extra charges.

Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible. Refunds, if applicable, will depend on the booking terms, cancellation time, and room availability conditions. The guest house reserves the right to decide the final cancellation and refund policy.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain peaceful behavior inside the property. Loud music, disturbance, damage to property, illegal activities, or misbehavior with staff or other guests is strictly not allowed.

Property Damage

Guests will be responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furniture, fittings, appliances, or property items during their stay. Repair or replacement charges may be collected from the guest.

Facilities

We provide facilities such as Wi-Fi, AC, first aid medical facility, and treadmill facility for guest convenience. Availability of facilities may depend on maintenance, electricity, weather, or other unavoidable situations.

Safety and Security

Guests are responsible for taking care of their personal belongings. Giggle Guest House and Homestay will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items left unattended.

Right to Refuse Service

The guest house reserves the right to refuse booking, cancel stay, or ask guests to leave if they violate property rules, create disturbance, provide false information, or engage in unlawful activities.

Changes to Terms

Giggle Guest House and Homestay may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be applicable once posted or communicated.
